They are just not keeping up wiht national demand for there product. This getting ridiculous. I got customer waiting for there wg for almost 3 full weeks now mid march till now. This is getting totally unacceptable for customer service. I think i will have to find a better wg company to deal with it. I dont like for my customers to wait for ever for a product. I order 20 wg at a time from them and they can deliever what give.

 

Viren, most of the time most customers will understand. I dont like to keep people waiting either but some things are out of your controll.

hopefully it will be here this week. When i caleld this morning i tlaked ot lady but she had no infomration for me since the normal lady that answers the phones and takes order is on vacation. But GREG from there should be calling me today with update. I sick of waiting and waiting.

 

Thats wierd because usually when I order tial stuff, if they dont have it stock its usually cuz of a flange or something. However they do get it to me within a week or so. Tial usually is good with the timing and delivery with thier stuff, I wonder what's going on with them.

 

did they promise you a time. i would be pissed if they told me in a week, but if they said expect a dely, it should not be a big deal!

what is wrong with the turbonetics WG, even thought i am pissed at them because they are some lazy bastartds (shipping over charge and restocking fee)

 

Everyone claims the Deltagate is susceptible to boost creep and spiking, although I can't figure out any mechanical reason that would be the case.

 

its the internal design to it is what i found that causes that problem.

Same thing happen to me, I ordered it from a guy on this site I cant remember his full esuer nome, like AE..... anyways when i finally got it, it was almost a month later. The guy was so nice about the problem, but its hard as a customer when you really need a part as i did for a show comming up (I had sold my deltagate due to spiking) to sit and wait for crazy long times. however I did get the product for $216 shipped as promised and the quality of the product is unmached. its a great looking piece inside and out. Its too bad drag dident tell tial that everone would be ordering the wastegates becuase they were gonna hook everyone up with the delta crap. Oh as as for it creeping, you can boost on it all day and will never see the delta gate really creep, untill the time your not watching and they it lets you down and hooks you up with 25psi of boost to your stock motor. I would much rather have a wastegate that i can trust. just my .02

 

To me Tial does not have the best customer service, ie...a I got a 35 mm wastegate, the rubber part on the inside was pinched, but it took several weeks to figure out that I had been sold a defunct product(brand new). So I have to pay for shipping to them, I rush it and they send it back standard service...however I did get a new spring...oh forgot to mention how they took there sweet time repairing it.
SOrry abotu the vent, but I too know of there customer service problems.

 

we got a place out here that makes copies of the Tial, looks allright in the fit and finish dept. but is a bit cheaper and in a pinch they can make a couple of em in a few days.
JR turbotechnology, they are trinis, so be prepared if you call cause they sound like Jamaicans.
And dont tell em I said that.

Viren, something you're gonna have to get used to. This industry doesnt make enough money to keep up with the demand of the product line, so often times things are on back order. It's freaking frustrating but thats the way it works. Just ask Ben

 

i am very much used to it. But when they promise you one thing and then keep pushing and pushing its gets bad. like today. No onoe called me back from tehre with a status update how am i suppose to tell my customer something just its irritating. I wait for my own prodcuts for the race car for the longest time. I know exactly how things are.

 

My friend told me that once I get into the import industry it will make me into a bitter person. I was like wtf you talking about, im not going to turn into anything, I'm still going to be the nice, trust worthy person I am. Who would have known that he was right. After bad dealings with all the other companies and customers, it has changed me. I still try to be nice but sometimes it's just hard espcially when you have a customer hounding down your throat for a product, and then you go and hound the company for it. The big companies sometimes jsut dont care, they just say your going to get it on X day, and not even a sorry sometimes. Oh wells, it's just something you have to deal with. Also in this industry anything that is promised to be delivered on a certain day, give it 2 days padding and then you might get it. Nice and honest people in this industry are hard to find, when you do find them stick to them!!

 

Maybe it has to do with the fact that you are doing GB's on parts that manufacturers don't want GB's on

Greg can make life difficult for a bunch of us if he feels like it, God knows he doens't need US to keep his company afloat.
