Default Idleing problems after taken out of storage.

Well i took out my R finally out of storage because the weather is finally gettin better and also because i had to take it to the emissions...I changed the oil and filled the tank of with fresh gas, etc and started up the car. It had a high idle like anywhere from 1500-2000 but went down to around 900-1100 rpms after like 5 mins in my drive way but the whole time the needle would be going up and down. Then finally it dropped down to like 600 500 rpms and stalled.

I tooked out the spark plugs replaced thoughs with new ones, and im about to clean out the IACV and FITV and then reset my ecu (p72 OBD1) to see if that helps at all but is there anything else i should check. My car is a 98 R 95k miles on chassis around 10k on rebuilt motor, Drag 3 turbo @ 7psi. I just bought the car a couple months ago but for all those who have a turbo set up does your idles fluctuate a lot and is it high or do you guys get nice steady rpms when idleing. Thanks guys!

oh no prob thats cool, yea i just was wondering if fluctuating/high idles were normal for others so its good to know. Yea right now the cars only tuned with the p72 and a VAFC, i have an AEM EMS chillin in my room, still have to tune it

Yea this whole emissions crap of the car has to idle below 1100 an crap sucks ><
I would just lower the idle by moving the screw on the IM but i dont want to mess with it and have to car stall a bunch on the road too soo...hmm dilemma
