Default 1994 F20B into 1994 Accord LX

I'm able to get a 1994 F20B motor really cheap ( 500 bucks ) I'm told its got 150 HP??? what is this motor similar too? H23?? and It's non-vtec right? are these motors good for tuning all motor or more aimed towards boosting abilitys straight out of the box?

I think your thinkin of the JDM F22B. The F20B is a completely different motor that was made from 97+ if memory serves me right. I think your better off turbo'ing that motor but an all motor route would be something new.

F20B is a rather small motor for a 5th gen accord. how is the torque on that thing?

well if its an f20a id say its similar to any us f22aX
and id say they are more tuned for economy and long lasting reliability
but could handle a little boost...

True but since he said closer to the h23a1 thats why i leaned toward the jdm f22b since its quite similar.
