CEL Light and other weird engine questions....
Ok so here is the deal...
I was running Obd-2 and converted to Obd-1...When I did this my timing was way off for some reason so we fixed that over at a local shop and dynoed it. It made b16 power...134 hp was my top pull...and I have a GSR in my hatch...the good part of the swapped ecu was my curves were much improved and my a/f ran more rich. But now when I start the car it barely even runs...I have to give it some gas to keep it running at start up...anyone know why this is? The timing is on, we checked it multiple times, brand new plugs too.
Also when im on the highway and go over 4,000 rpm's my car throws a CEL and when I turn the car off it goes away...it does not store the code either. It only does it when Im on the highway too.
Im confused and cant figure out what is going on with the car...any help is greatly appreciated.
