Default Oil leaking

I have a b16a2 motor, and for a year now, I've had this oil leaking problem. The oil seems to be leaking behind the vtec Solenoid valve, and I'm suspecting it's the black rubber cap behind it.
My question is, how do I change out that rubber cap? Can I simply remove the vtec solenoid and pull out the rubber cap? If not, how do I change it out?
