Default tranny leak

ok, i have ls axles on a type-r tranny. passenger side always leaks at the axle seal. i used to have a gsr tranny and the same thing would happen. i changed the axle seal when i had the gsr one in, and same thing. When i installed the type-r tranny, i installed new axle seals from Honda. do i have the wrong axle combination? Ls on both sides with a b-series int. shaft. expletive
