Default Another Overheating problem....HELP!!!

Hey guys whats goin on, i have a 92 civic dx 1.5l that is overheating. I have replaced the water pump twice, 5 new thermostats, new radiator. while idling the car does not overheat. It starts to overheat when your driving after a while. the guage just rises. The Cooling fan works and is turning in the right direction.

Also if i turn the heat on the Temp drops to normal.

tested for a headgasket shows no sign of gases in coolant.

Give me some ideas

Thanks

have you checked the thermostat? It might be sticking shut or partly shut, preventing hot coolant from going to the rad. When you turn your heat on, the interior heating element, fed by different lines, becomes a mini rad that assists in the cooling of the engine.
