yes that magical chip with an MS paint picture will give you uber boost

 

I think that you can have a sticker made just like the description picture. If you put it in your windshield, you can get like 10-15whp. Personally, I think vinyl works better.

Its a simple chip...just like anything from Kenji or whoever...Think Mugen Chip or Spoon chip... And thats what this is.
