Default GSR valves

I picked up an 01 GSR a couple weeks ago and the valves are pretty loud especially at startup(once it warms up they quiet down quite a bit). It got serviced at the dealership less then 5k ago, I'm assuming they would have adjusted the valves if they needed to be, and someone told me the GSR valves are actually pretty noisy.
