Im thinkin about picking up a set of Stage 2 Crower cams with dual springs and retainers for my LS. What do you guys think? Are they any good? I got a good price on them so thats why im intrested.

i used to have the crower 404s in my car (for sale check sig) and i was very happy with them. its a good upgrade if you want to keep your nonvtec NA

Install some PR3's or P30's and the cams will thank you for the added compression. Then tune to perfection on the dyno.

would there be good gains with cams retainers and springs on the ls engine? because i was thinking of buying the same thing.

The cams were great bottom end right. Do u think it would be safe seeing as how high milage the motor has? Thanks
