Default EX downpipe diameter.

any of yunz guys know what the diameter on a 95 Accord EX 's downpipe is? looking into hi-flow cats at kteller.com - reccomended to me by a member here, seems to be a good source. and need to slap tha baby onto the stock downpipe(also told by several vet. members here that you really can't beat the stock EX header, hence, i'm leaving it stock). anyhoo... i got a catback w/ 2.5" tubing, and wondering which of these(http://www.kteller.com/store/index.php/cPath/23_25) would work for me.

thanks a bunch

-Chris

The downpipe doesn't bolt directly up to the catalytic convertor, it bolts to a connector pipe and the connector pipe bolts to the cat. The downpipe diameter is 2.25 inches and I believe that the connector pipe (where it will bolt to the cat) is as well...

Those all look to be custom order items and they all say they won't fit donut gasket/flange. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't donut gaskets whats at the end of the OEM header? So none of those would work? If I'm wrong please correct me. I know you would need a 2 bolt in the front and a 3 bolt in the back.

I got a cat from SRD for my Civic. It bolted up great and has been in there for almost two years now. When I called them, they told me the stock Civic length and I verified it by going and measuring it. I want to say I paid 135 total with it shipped over night, needed it in a hurry.

You can either call them or call Kteller and find out what exactly you need, either should be able to tell you what you need.

I am expecting my high flow cat today and it is a Random Technology cat...look into those at places like http://www.optauto.com or your local import shop, they say the cat will mount right up.
