ITR gearbox - how strong ???

hey guys i was wondering how much power an ITR gearbox could handle?? im looking at turbocharging my ITR but unsure about the modification of the gearbox.

any help would be great guys thanks!

There are many turbo honda's and majority of them are running stock transmissions.

im thinking of purchasing a garrett gt35r for the b18cr, hoping to produce 500hp on 98 octane is that realistic? would the gearbox handle it?

Will a GT35R support 500hp? Yes.

Will the ITR gearbox handle the power? Yes

Will a stock ITR bottom end survive with that power level? Not for a minute.

I hope you are sleeving the block first.
