You do not relocate the VIN tag.

Greddy does not make one for the JDM ITR model.

The ones that are widely available in the us are password jdm, and beatrush.

Yes it's functional. "The radiator needs constant airflow, with minimum turbulence, to be as efficient as possible. Unfortunately, gaps in the structure around the radiator allow air to escape, resulting in lost efficiency." (This is from Password JDM).

I ALWAYS LIKE the passwordjdm 3 point strut bar and the cooling plate .....but I just don't like the color .....I really hope CARBING can have more parts distibuted in US...although TEIN USA is kind of carrying CARBING now but I just don't see them selling it . . . . .

Unfortunately they dont make one for the JDM front end.

What benefit is one of them on a US ITR front end, the front end/bumper is closed in, and because of the rubber seal thing around the front of the hood no air (or very very little) is going to get in there anyway, and where is it supposed to be diverting the air to? If air does get in then the panel is going to force it up and over into the engine bay not towards the radiator. Bit of a gimmick on the US ITR i think
