The car has been running fine, but i walk outside today to start it and i hear a click, click, click coming from the engine bay(this is before i even got in my car). so i go ahead and try to tart it and get nothing, no power to anything. I look around in the engine and find that the clicking is coming from a relay located in between my pass. headlight and the radiator(there was 2 there). Do you think the relay is the problem? or is a wire getting grounded out somewhere? or is the battery just dead?

try jumping it with another car, it might not have sufficient power to crank the car over. If it still doesn't crank over, then you have a start problem.

 

but i dont see why a relay would be clicking? thats what stumped me

 

It's the starter contacts brother! If you're skilled you can replace just the contacts. (Alot cheaper!) Or replace the starter. (Use a good product)
