There really aren't that many cheap bolt ons that you can do that you don't already have that will add a significant amount of power on the f22s. You could always turbo it but that would probably empty your pockets.

I don't know, maybe someone else has some ideas, but I know when I had my 4 cylinder Accord, no matter what I did to it, it was still slow as ****.

You could always swap an h22 .

Get some lightened pulleys...that will help a lot (for a cheap mod).

not a whole lot. and for that money, you could get other things. you can find a used set on ebay for cheaper than new if you really want. just make sure it's UR and not a knock off.
you could get a header, an intake, a high flow cat, a nice cat-back, a throttle body, an adjustable cam gear. those will help out. esp. with an auto. mine used to be an auto.

He has already stated that he has an intake, a high flow cat, and an exhaust. If it is an EX, it already has a great exhaust manifold, so for the money, I think the pulleys would be better than the cam gear (which he should get professionally tuned = $$), or a throttle body...I'm not trying to argue, just talking, so don't get mad

A cam gear would be pretty much useless. You can't really tune a SOHC gear, you can advance or retard cam timing, but you can't adjust overlap, so there are no HP gains. If it was me, I would swap on a h23 intake manifold and throttle body, or do a headswap.

those cheap ebay headers will probably work fine for a small amount of power, the only thing to worry about is build quality.

do a 5 speed swap

agreed. not mad at all! just poppin' out more options for bolt ons. and i had my cam gear untuned for like 4 years +5-degrees and it ran great!

and yes, it does help. you can adjust your power curve based on whether you wat top end or low end. i had this very set up and it does work.

tranny swap
either an H22 if you want shorter gearing
or F22 EX-R tranny

you can build up an F22 till you're blue in the face, only issues you'll have is budget. It's not cheap to build up. If you're looking for fast HP and less labour, bottle the car with a 50 shot and call it a day

other then that, building an automatic heavy accord, no matter what you do, you'll be limiting the drive train power by 20-25% just by staying automatic.

IMO the best options for you are

1. swap the tranny for an Accord F22 5 speed ( 300$ - 600$ )
2. Headers, H22 intake manifold, fuel rail and TB ( 300$ - 500$ )
3. Bottle the car - 50 shot - no internal upgrades ( 400$ - 500$ )
4. Swap the whole drivetrain, engine, tranny, exhaust manifolds for an H22 - then get it tuned properly
( 1500$ - 4000$ )
