Q: What seats fir a 88 CRX SI
You will probably have to change out the seat pans as well as the rails. I also have an 88 and that is what I had to do to put 89 Si seats in it. I tried changing the rails but they would not bolt up.
Hey I wouldnt bolt them into your floor. The OE spots 'might' be reinforced. The bolts could rip out in a wreck....CRX's are unsafe enough!
Yeah, I used the seat pans off of my dx seats. They were very similar to the Si's. The cushions were slightly different but did fit with a just minimal cutting. You will see what I mean if you do it. If you have the time and patience you can even change out the foam if it is still good. Mine was kind of rough and I got real frustrated with those damn hog rings so I just changed the pans. IM if you have any questions.

YOU CAN JUST GET 88 RAILS FROM THE JUNK YARD AND FIND ANY HONDA SEAT YOU WANT BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS, I HAVE A 88 CRX HF AND BOLTED IN SOME 91 SI SEATS AND USED THE SAME RAILS ON THE SEATS. I DID HAVE TO BEND THE RAILS A LITTLE BUT NOT BAD.
The length between the rails changed from 89-90 just find some 88-89 si seats that are in better condition there real supportive and will bolt right in otherwise you have to drill or weld or just look into some aftermarket ones
i have a red 90 si hatch and have the red del sol seats in them, they look really good in the car and are very comfortable, i had to drill 4 holes and bolt them down.
thats what i would do if you are going to drill holes in your car. i think you will really like them.
