Default transmission compatibility question...think its possible??

seeing how u can use b-series tranny's with h or f-series motors with the adapter plate..i was wondering if anyone ever tried using a d-series tranny with a b-series motor??
i'm sure there must be a way to get it all to work...wut u all think??

no. Well yes, it's probably possible, but for a higher fabrication price than a b series tranny itself. Why?

Most of the tranny adapters cost about 700 dollars....


700 dollars + 200 dollar d-series tranny. Cause you'd definitely want to run an EX/Si tranny.

More than the price of a used tranny.

They do make f2d adapters, but that's mainly because bisi uses it in his ultra fast / ultra cheap world's fastest NA SOHC.

accord motor + d-series tranny FTW!
