British Columbia ITR meet pix (56k beware)
It turned out to be a really great day, despite a dismal weather forecast. There was a respectable turnout considering the time of year and somewhat nebulous meeting arrangement. Only one person was unfortunate enough to get pulled over by the police. 
But it was too damn windy at the beach. Some surfing nut with a long white beard commented on the fact that we couldn't line up the cars worth ****. Mostly stock Type R's showed up, one just days old! A couple of them had nice mods too. Lunch at Suebeez was awesome - good house music to boot. A three car collision in front of the restaurant announced our arrival.

Hey cool.......you can tell the fake mugen wings from the real mugen wings from that top view pic......once you've seen the fake and real....you can tell the diff like I can........
BPR is the only one with the REAL deal mugen wing there.......

Hey cool.......you can tell the fake mugen wings from the real mugen wings from that top view pic......once you've seen the fake and real....you can tell the diff like I can........

FAKE = NON adjustable
REAL = Adjustable
REAL = the aluminum plank is shaped like a plane wing
FAKE = the aluminum plank's edge is shaped like Elvis' hair curl.....
REAL = the MUGEN on the side winglets are clearly visible
FAKE = You can usually see the outline that surrounds "M//G//N" or something blurred
REAL = The plates that allow for the wing's adjustability have more holes and are shaped different
FAKE = WhAT HOLES?

That was fun... I am going to arrange a real BBQ out here in the valley later this spring or summer...
Then you guy's can drive for a few hours
Oh and the clutch job went well later in the afternoon for those who may have been worried about me
And BPR...I thought the music was just awful at lunch.. But then again I also heard the noise coming out of your car, and I think I'll pass on going to concerts with you..Hahahahahahaha...
