Maint Requ Light

Can someone please tell me what it means when the 'maint requ' light comes on??

lol.... probably means your car need maint... usually a o2 sensor or something wrong with your emssions... scan tool??

Noooooooooooo! The light comes on every 6,000 miles set by the factory to tell you, you need to do an oil change. To reset it theres a button underneath by your steering wheel.

Emissions are indicated by a check engine light...
