Default 14b/d15b too small or just right?

Would a 14b turbo be too small on a d15b vtec engine? Most of the posts about boosting the d15b have t3's or larger turbo's but I haven't found any with 14b's. If I were to use a small one like the 14b, any one have an idea of when power might begin to drop off? What about when full boost could be reached? I like the dynos I saw with larger t3's, but I don't drag race that much and would only be using the car around town a weekend joy ride. Thanks for the imput!

no dyno but I have a d15b 15g in a 92 4-door. Make 7.5#'s buy 4k rpm's. No dyno yet. Have to install some ARP headbolts, h;eadgasket;,; and a bigger radiator before I do anything else. Power does not seem to lose power but does level off about 7k. Nut this is all but dyno on a stock greddy kit. Need tuning and 10#'s. lol
