Over torqued oil t in block and block cracked
looks something like this

how can i fix this???? u think jb weld will work??? Right when i got my oil t from tuner toys i installed this and this is what happened... dammit! any know have suggestions where i can mount my oil feed line and stock oil pressure.. other then the block

get a 1/8 ntp plug thread it in so some of the thread are in the block then jb weld the expletive out of it is the only way without pulling the block

put the fitting back in and have it Tigged, thats my vote. dont expletive around with JB weld.

this has happened to me and JB weld did not work. my block did not crack no where near as bad as yours. it was a hairline fracture. i used jb weld and not only did the block look like ****, it continued to leak. not a lot but enough for me to notice it and i could not live with it.

1st off, lots of brake clean is your friend, you need to make that area REALLY clean before you try to jbweld it. put the piece back on that broke off, and put a 1/8 npt plug in the hole. THEN jb weld the living f uck out of it. just do a bunch of thin coats, and let the JB dry between each coat. it might take a couple days to get it to where you're confident that u can start it, but it WILL work if you take the time to do it right (can anything REALLY be done right with jbweld?) and if that doesnt work, you can always take out the motor and get it tigged. might as well try the JB 1st.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Mr. Vapor »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">eeek....

alright i just bought brake cleaner and a sandwich from camp1320. the guy from camp told me to just use KBweld and a plug he supplied for me... Hope it works.. thank you guys shall let you know if it leaks
welding it would be the correct way, imo.
either way, jbweld or normal weding, i would want the area super clean. so it would be much easier to just take the block out and do it right.
if there are enough threads letf to use a plug that would be fine.

well heres the kbweld im probably hold off on this i know it looks ugly but my im having a hard time putting it on with the lack of space... u guys think this will hold until i get a good weld or should i stack some more jb on it?
