Default Hot/Cold gauge not working... What can I do?

I put some reverse indiglo gauges on my 2000 Si and well they had moved around the hot/cold needle, which made the needle not leveled with the others, it's higher and looks loose, like it was pulled on. Now it doesn't work and the needle stays in one place, not moving at all. Since this happened I removed the indiglo gauges and now is stocked.

What can I do to do to fix it? Suggestions?
