Is there such thing as a B series electric VSS with power steeering hookups?

Is there such thing as a B series electric VSS with power steeering hookups?
I am looking for a VSS that can run an electric speedometer and has the two nipples for the power steering hookups.
I looked up a 93 GSR at an online Acura site and it shows a cable speedo w/ P/S hookups.
When I searched for a 94, I couldn't find the VSS.
Do the DCs use the VSS to regulate the Power Steering?
If not, what do they use?
BTW this is for a 5 speed B series car.

The DA + DB Integras use VSSs that clamp the power steering so that over 30mph the PS doesn't work, and you get more feel in your system.
They also use a cable driven speedo.
I want to run an electric speedo and keep the PS hookups.
