removing center console on EG problem...

Default removing center console on EG problem...

im trying to change my shift boot but the two screws by the e-brake are seized. i tried to loosen them with WD-40 but they are not moving. any ideas on what to do?

get a penetrating lube. wd-40 is junk. also try not to strip the screw. if you already did then you need to notch the screw witha dremal and convert it to a flat head.

go to autozone and get some PB Blaster. it is the best penetrating agent i have used yet!

Also make sure you are using the right phillips head. It should be flattened at the tip not pointy.
