Default H22A swap problems

over the weekend i pretty much got my h22a into my 93 honda accord...but the bolts on my transmission and rear motor mount wont catch on the threads on the bolt...it looks lined up...my driver side mount is in and bolted on...im also having some trouble with the wiring harness...are there wires in some of the spots where the new wires are supposed to go? also how do i get the accord powersteering hose to hook up to the prelude pump? everything ive read says to use the prelude pump but i cant get the hoses to hook up to it...any info would be greatly appreciated...thanks...

Sounds like you need a longer bolt for the tranny. As for the wiring harness you have to extend some of the wires so they reach to the sensor. For the power steering, everything says to use the Prelude pump and the upper part of the Prelude hose. I know the 93 is different than the 94 but you may be able to do what I did, find a 97 Prelude PS pump bracket and use your Accord PS pump and it should all bolt up together.

Transmission mount you have to tap two holes since they are not threaded that is why they arent goin in. The rear mount should thread in unless you got the 1. Wrong bolt 2. Wrong mount which is rare. As for the PS you can use the prelude pump or the accord pump. The bad part about the accord pump you gotta do some "modification" to the hose so it wont keep on hittin the top of your hood (rubber hammers work wonders). You can use the Prelude pump as mentioned but you have to go and find a prelude high pressure line. Wires you have to extend as mentioned i just cut off a plug from a harness sittin around with 4 slits on it so i could wire the 4 wires that were needed. That would also help me out if i wanted to take out the motor if i wanted to build up the bottom end and such. But GL with the swap its pretty straightforward. Also heres a link that will help you quite a bit from cb7tuner.com : http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=8873
