Default F22C crank? applications and alternative to H22 crank?

Well the F22C from the '04 S2000's has been fit onto a k series.
I wanted to know if it can be used as an alternate to the H22 crank on the H blocks and F blocks (fwd). Both have 90.7 mm stroke.
thanks

Also does anyone have specs on C32 connecting rods from the NSX? (they are the titanium ones)
thanks
