how do you take out cd player in EG Hatch??
OKay I was wondering how do you take the cd player out in a 93 Civic Hatch?? Where are the screws or bolts for the center console in order to take it out?? Thanks for any help.
You have to take the four screws out of the lower consol first, unplug the plug for the ash tray, then you should have access to everything you need. Is this the factory radio?

what he said, if you want the deck completely out and it is an aftermarket deck it might not just slide out like the factory deck sometimes they are put into these locking mechanisms where you need the 2 keys that came with the deck to pull it out from the sides. or sometimes you might have your deck screwed into part of the dash so make sure you unbolt that as well.

I had this problem when I was doing my amber climate control. I just stuck a screwdriver in and bent the stupid little tab things. That was a bitch and a half
