Default H22 - cam timing adjustment helpful?

H22, built, 10:1 Arias, 7-16psi boost range, 280 - 430 hp.
I've been told by a few people that advancing/retarding cams on H22s doesn't really do much. Seems odd to me but this came from local shop guys. Haven't seen anything in articles or topics. Anyone hear about or have experience with this?

Anyone with Prelude or other H22 experience? Don't want to waste time and $ if it won't really produce anything>

I know B series and others have responded well to cam timing changes. Guy that tuned my car told me that H22s don't pickup much power from cam adjustments. Hate to spend the money if, for whatever reasons, H22s don't seem to benefit from it. Anyone heard or seen similar results??????????
