CEL come on in 3rd gear and at idle!

CEL come on in 3rd gear and at idle!
i start my car up runs fine but if i let it sit for about 10 min at idle the CEL come son for the o2 sensor and ill be drivin if i drive it normal everythigns good but when im on it around the end of 3rd the CEL comes on again , any suggestions
