Think so, not 100%, if I'm thinking correctly it's a straight swap.

what part of the suspension? if you are talking about the shocks, the rears will not work. the EK's rear shock forks are narrower than EG

I've heard the same for EF and EG, I was told to file me EF bushings down a little bit,

Haven't put them together yet though, so I dunno.

my suggestion is you should do the whole suspensions, it will be easier for you trust me. on my 94 dx i put 99 si suspensions and brake rotors (front and back). it all started with the rear shocks cause my bushings and the bolts on my shocks got fused together. used to think that the rear shocks would fit. but i had 99 si shocks so form there i just replaced the entire suppension front and back.

front shocks yes, front forks no

rear shocks maybe... aftermarket shocks tend to come with washers to space out the lower mount. If not you can shave your EGs lower mount ot fit the EKs narrower shock mount.

fronts will fit, rears will either need you to change out the lca's or shave the bushings... I have Tein SS's for EK on my EG2
