on an ef.88-91 civic. are jdm lights diferent. the look almost the same but im not sure. they look a litle meaner.

dont the ZC hedlights fis just like usdm but have one bulb?

yes they also have a different shape to them. They are longer and like ^ said they have only one bulb.

What is the reason for using those? Does the H4 put out more light or something?

possibly not.but just gives you that meaner look

 

Actually, the JDM lights supposedly put out less light due to a lack of reflectors or something like that? Dunno, never owned a set. All I know is it'll fit on USDM Cvic/CRX's no problem. It's the SiR lights that won't fit due to their elongated shape towards the front.

 

so where can an unlucky soul source a pair of these?

 

A set or two usually shows up on e-bay every month or so...just search stuff like "ZC" and "EF3"...saw a set last month that I really wanted to buy but figured the money could be better spent elsewhere lol.

those are <U>SIR</U> lights not all Jdm lights are like that
