Default Instaled used rotors that were rusty, will rust wear off???? Do I need to have them cut???

Rotors looked to in very good condition. There was no lip on the rotor or any groves, just rusty. I also am using my old brake pads from another car, but pads have a lot of life left, stock honda pads. Will these rotors need to be cut to rid them of the rust?? Will having them cut stop them from squeling?? Any help/insight appreciated? Thank You!

Rotors get rusty everytime it rains. It's nothing.
