How do I remove valvestem seals from B16A2 - SEARCHED

If you can direct me to webpages, previous posts, or type new info, great.

first you need to remove the springs and retainers using a valve spring compressor. then just use some pliers to take them off. to put them back on just get a socket that fits over them , and tap it on
Alright, do you recommend a manual to get, ie which brand, for head removal and seal installation.
I have heard that before, but NO ONE will post detailed instructions on how to do this properly. If you know, please type, if you know a source of info, direct me to it.

you just use an adapter that screws into the spark plug hole, open the valve so you have air pressure in the cylinder to keep the valve from dropping. once you have pressure in the cylinder you can remove the valvesprings for that cylinder and change the seals, reinstall springs and do next cylinder.
So the seal is on the top of the valve, only covered by the spring. And how will i know if i have sufficent pressur on the cylinder. and how would i know if each particular valve is open
pretty much if your familiar with doing a leak down test on the car, you can just leakdown test each cylinder, and that will keep the air in the cylinder and keep the valve from dropping in.
just use atleast 100-125psi straight to it, dont shut the air off once its aired up or anything. hook up the air leave it on, remove valve spring. you need to put the cylinder at TDC to take any pressure off the valves from the cam. you can tell when all are closed in each particular cylinder.
