Default somethings wrong with my car.....can anyone help me diagnose?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

well i was on my way home today when my car (95 civic cx hatchback) decided to idle really really rough and almost stall out repeatedly. when i got home i looked at my coolant overflow resivoir and it is way above max. whenever i rev it up in neutral a lot of white smoke pours out of the exhaust and it stinks really bad. does anyone know what my problem could be??! i need help asap!
