Default Question about oe springs (searched)

I have a 95 coupe Ex and I'm parting it out, so I need to find a set of oem springs. I'm getting offers for people who have hatch springs and integra springs, and I know they'll fit, but my question is about the spring rates; how will the ride be? Too stiff, soft, bouncy, or will it be just fine?

Thanks-
Chris

Default Re: Question about oe springs (SoCal EJ1)

most stock spring rates are within a pretty close range. ive never been able to find exact values for EG era cars, but the 96-00 ex rates are 165/80. gsr rates are in the neighborhood of 200/95 and 99-00 si rates are 200/100.

there wont be that large a variance in ride quality, all those should ride quite well. the gsr and si will be just slightly stiffer, but i doubt the average driver would be able to tell a difference
