D series swap for my sol, please help!
I bought my sol for the gas mileage and I am loving it. But if it's a cheap swap, I'd like to swap my d15b7 for the engine from the civic vx hatch. I believe it to also be a d15, no? I have the base model sol w/o the VTEC. I only mention it cause the vx has a VTEC. How much work would need to be done? How hard will it for me to come across what I need from the vx? What engine did the vx come with anyways?

vtec in a D is really nothing, basically adds more to the price tag. but if you really want a d series with vtec, go with a better motor like the z6 or y8, because you'll be losing power by dropping in the z1

I'm looking for fuel economy over power so I don't mind the loss. I only mentioned the VTEC cause they'd be more work involved (i assume.)
