For sale is one 2001 Seadoo XP 951cc. I am the original owner of this ski and am a responsible adult PWC enthusiast. (27 years old). I have performed all of the maintenence myself and have taken exceptional care of this machine. After every ride, i washed and cleaned the machine inside and out in addition to flushing it. I sprayed a heavy duty corrosion inhibitor on everything that could ever possibly rust, both inside the craft as well as on the trailer. I also waxed the topside after every few rides. I have never beached this ski, whenever I rode it, I would anchor it. It never came close to shallows or the shore. The ski has minimal wear & tear to both the hull and the topside.

I have rode this ski primarily in the housatonic river in southern Ct. (which is fresh water) I have occasionally used it in salt water (long island sound). I have cleaned the machine thoroughly after use, whether it be fresh or salt water use.

In addition to appearance, this machine is in outstanding mechanical condition. Last summer the machine ran out of oil and cracked a piston and started losing compression. Instead of boring it over, I bought a complete new OEM top end. In the fall, I replaced the cylinders, the pistons, rings, etc, EVERYTHING. I also cleaned and rebuilt the carbs. Currently, this motor has ZERO hours on it. The new owner will have to properly break the machine in the same way he would a new machine from a dealer. The hull has aprroximately 100 hours on it. Currently this machine needs NOTHING. ALL of the electrics work, ie: the gauges, the vts, etc.

I had fully intended to keep this ski for a few more seasons, however this winter I got a great deal on a RXP and therefore decided to sell this one. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME JUST TO LOW-BALL ME. I am in NO WAY desperate to sell this ski. I have a considerable amount of money invested in new parts and etc to restore this ski to like new condition and am not willing to simply dump it.

In closing, this is the most fun ski I have ever ridden. Even though the RXP is a power-house, there are a great many things that this XP can do that the RXP never will. I can pull this XP out of the water without any wake whatsoever (simply by shifting my weight). I can also take a turn with my shoulder against the water. it is an extremely light, fast, and agile ski. The best comparison is to a street bike on water. Whoever buys this ski will have a blast this summer.

if youre looking for a ski, now is the time to buy.. a few more months and people will be fighting over deals like this!!

Included with this ski is the owners manual, service manual, trailer, life vest, cover, and any other misc items I may have.
