B18C1 - 93CX swap - O2 sensor question
The engine is a '99 B18C1. I'm using the '99 engine harness, hooked to the '93 civic harness at the shock tower, that will run to a ODB1 P72 (yet to be aquired).
I was going to run the civic O2 sensor, but when I looked at it, it's a one-wire version. I'm pretty sure that a '99 teg sensor is heated and would have 2 or 3 wires. Do I need to go find a 'teg sensor? I haven't been able to find the hookup on the wiring harness yet. Granted, I haven't searched thouroughly yet, but it's not in an obvious place.

ya, to save pain in the *** and future probs, and can't guarentee that your ECU is going to thru a code about ur o2 sensor and make ur engine run like ****, i would just go full gsr and get a gsr o2 sensor, it'd be alot more effective that way you can use the gsr harness into the o2 sensor.
99 Integra uses a 4 pin connector for the O2 sensor. It's grey and it is at the rear of the engine, near the oil filter.
Thanks guys... I'm sure my credit card company thanks you... I'll crawl back under the car in the morning.
I'm assuming I'm going to find two plugs, since it's an ODBII harness. Any ideas which one is the before-cat plug?

The one closest to the oil filter. I don't remember if the second O2 sensor plugs into the engine wire harness, or into a different harness.I'll check next time I have a Teg in the air.
