some of you prolly remember this:




then it got sanded and parts of it got evercoated (bondo pretty much) and primed:




no more 1/4 panel damage:




then it got basecoat: (note... garage paintjob FTW!)




then it got clearcoat:




then my dad got mad b/c all of the parts were laying in our garage (not where it was painted tho)




then it got wetsanded and buffed a week later:




there was still quite a bit of orange peel so i wasnt too thrilled:




so we sanded and buffed again another week later (today)



excuse the camera... one day ill get a decent one and stop borrowing my sisters:



i tried to take some decent pics before the 2nd round of sanding and buffing but they didnt turn out good at all... so ill only post one: (if i had a good camera maybe this pic would be FTW!)

not too bad for a garage job.

all that crappy orange peel that you saw all week is gone! sad thing is that he's going to mississippi sometime next week so my ish wont be done for longer but he's going to paint the rear bumper, sunroof, driverside mirror, and spoiler on monday while im at work. so basically the car will look like poo again

best i got for now... i havent been motivated to clean the engine bay in the past few weeks so its a lil dirty

wasnt cuz of my tax return b/c i had to pay those bastards


color is bg23m. stock 92-93 Prelude color Brittany Blue-Green Metallic or some ****

 

no prob man, final product pics it is then...it'll be worth it when it's done though man....at least you know he'll be workin on it today while ur working
