Default Seatbelt wont lock, but I have another set of seats. What can I do?

I had a set of crappy seats, and a set of nicer seats, today i decided to swap them and at the end i realize that the driver side seatbelt locker wont lock the seatbelt.

I'm not sure if i can just change the locker between them, or ill have to swap the entire "bottom end" of the seat, between them with the locker, so i figured educated people here would know.

Thanks in advance, i dont feel safe without the seatbelt.

Bump for similar question.

And no, I haven't gone outside yet to just mess around. I was about to, but figured this would be some reassurance.

I'm pretty sure that you just have to swap the bottom locking part. Just go to the junk yard and unbolt one from any 88-91 civic/crx, and rebolt it to your crx/civic. It cost about $3-$5 from the junkyard, and if all else fail look on ebay. Goodluck

Honda has a lifetime warrantee on all their saftey equipment.
Just take it to the dealer and they will replace it free of charge.
And, your welcome.

HONDA HAS LIFETIME WARRANTY TAKE IT TO THEM AND LET THEM DO IT!

Just take it to Honda. Myself and several others have done this and it cost us NOTHING!! Don't waste your time looking around for them cause if you tamper with them Honda will not warranty them ever again.

Are you seeing a theme here TAKE IT TO HONDA!

Honda did not run out of seatbelts.
I would ask them for Honda's corporate number.
My friend just had his done about 2-3 months ago.

Amazing, I had no idea our seatbelts were meant to be left buckled. After thinnking of this, thats a great idea and makes door mounted seat belts not that bad.
Oh, wait. They still suck ***** compared to the Quickstop
