what bulbs do I need for my projector headlights that I bought because they are pretty dim bulbs but I'd prefer a hyperwhite style , anyways are the low beams H1? and the high's H4? also what are the stock corner bulb codes? 194? thanks a lot

 

Stock corner bulbs are 194. I don't know what the bulbs are on the projectors as not all of them are the same. You know you just get crappy output from projectors a hyperwhite bulb will not help it much if any. Infact it will probably be worse although it will look a ton better. I use some Eurolite Fusions and don't want to go back to stock but they arn't much if any brighter than stock and infact I think are a little worse although they look 100x better. I've tried about 10 other sets of bulbs and the ones I found to be the best 2 sets one burnt out every two months and were just plain white and the others were white with still a little yellow but lasted a while. Those were the Farenheit bulbs Crutchfield and other places used to sell.

 

if you want to figure it out, just go and take the high and low out of one side...I'd bet h3 low and h1 high, but it will say right on the base...silverstars should fit the bill, but be sure not to touch the glass on the bulb.

also, it might not be just the bulb that's dim...the majority of aftermarket projectors have terrible beam pattern and light dispersion.

 

aftermarket projectos typically use very weak bulbs to begin with...
