if the bolt pattern on the wheels is 4x100 you should be good as long as you have the right offset also

Heres a tip for honda-tech. PROVIDE MORE INFO

What year hatch?

215/50/16 is definately to large of a tire and is very wide. It would probably rub on a moderate drop nevermind your 4" drop.

your not going to be able to drop your car 4" especially with 215 tires. drop 2"'s and see how you feel. and get the right size tires

as far as rims fitting. 4x100 bolt pattern

nope. it will be hard to drive w/ any sized tire even 15" w/ 4" drop on a civic. i have a 92 hatch as well, and im dropped right under 2" on 205/40/16 and they dont clear by much. 2.5" w/ even the smallest tires will be about as much as you will need to lower it.
