Default coilover springs

which spring is for the front and the back? does smaller one go on the back and the taller one go on the front

Most likely the taller goes in front. Look at the thickness of the coil - thicker in front. What type of spring?

As for what's what on hayn420's car, who the hell knows. He didn't say what coil-overs he's got, or what car they are for. I don't know how he expects any help...

Odd, my GC's are taller & thicker in front. You sure? I think you might be right about OEMs - I'll check mine just sitting in the garage tonight. A spring type would certainly help.

Ooops, I just hosed that up...

Stock springs are longer in the front (at least on 92-95 civics). You must be correct then, because I remember my coil-over length being similar to stock (only shorter). I guess I should check first before I open my big mouth...
