boosting now im over heating
couple weeks ago i boosted my d16 its been great, untill now. normal driving its pefect but when i boost it spits radaitor fluid into the over flow which is creating the temp gauge to rise, ive got a cooler thermostat, new radaitor, bleed the system, new radaitor cap, ran it with the thermo out, head gasket was done along with timing belt and water pump 5000 miles ago.
any ideas would be greatly apprecated

hmm..i would have to go with blown headgasket......even though it's 5000 miles old..it oculd still be the HG. or head studs could ahve came loose some, i'd also try to retorque those too......you never know.......
What size of radiator do you have? What kind of fan do you have on it? Does the fan come on? How close is the down pipe/wastegate to the radiator? Those are a few things that I could think of that also might be affecting it that have not already been mentioned.

Do you have a intercooler if you do that could be the problem because the intercooler is blocking air to travel to the radiator. So you will have to go after market radiator to cool it down.
you are probably lifting the head under boost, if you don't have head studs buy some yesterday, d-series stock bolts stretch pretty easy. also did you check your head and block for being level? good luck

i think ive got it, unessicary large intercooler i was given is blocking the radiator, so thats gotta to get a 4inch asap, my water to radiator mix should be more water and im getting a fluidyne tom so hopefully that should fix the problem
thanks for all the help

EG1.8cT68 is right...your head studs are stretching, causing your head to lift..i HAD the same exact problem you have..i'd have coolant all over my engine bay..and then i'd overhead cuz there's no coolant in the radiator no more..
my solution..ARP headstuds..the best thing since my turbo install..you will not regret it!

That is strange. What kind of thermostat did you use? Try using one that has a higher opening range. I would hate to say that it could be your head gasket. I had the same symptoms, and that was what was wrong with mine. Start back tracking all of your cooling system, i.e hoses etc. Lookj at them first then look into the thermstat change, then ceck to see if your radiator is clogged.
