Default Overheating issue

Ok so I got a mystery here. 1997 honda civic ex no vtech I overheat after about 10 miles of driving. Sometimes it decides not to do it but 90% of the time it will start climbing after 10 miles so I don't drive it more. Ok so far I have done head gasket, Water pump, Radiator cap, Gauge sensor, 02 sensor, Thermostat, Flushed the system for air bubbles and Radiator. I am at a loss. there is no water in the oil or anything it looks fine. Same with coolant it isn't leaking and looks fine. Also radiator fan works and is turning on. So I am not sure were to go from here anyone have any ideas?

thermostat possibly not a good one? Do both radiator hoses get hot when it warms up? when the fan comes on?

I replaced the sensor going into the block and it read the same thing. Is that what you mean?

And you haven't noticed a drop in coolant level?

there are a total of 3 sensors, 1 for gauge in cluster, 1 for fan, and 1 for the ecu. Did you replace the correct one?

And i'm talking about your gauge cluster, where your rpm, speedo and fuel level is. Is that reading right?

i would suggest checking your coolant hoses that goes from the intake mani to the block. i swapped it one time incorrectly on my gsr and did all of the above just to find out that the hoses were swapped backwards and so only hot coolant was going back into the motor and not the radiator.

It was the U shaped hose below

Yeah that's the one I replaced the one that shows the gauge how hot the motor is

I did both. Replaced the radiator then after it was overheating still flushed the system to check for air bubbles and same thing

Bump. Flushed the cooling system again and giving that another shot. Was fine for a few days last time so seeing if for some reason air is getting into the system

Ok something weird happened today. Flushed the radiator last night and let it run with cap off trying to get bubbles out again. Was driving and noticed that tempature was starting to climb but stopped just a smidge over what it regularly is. It always just keeps climbing. Then I had to turn around really fast and after I turned around real fast the tempature went back to regular running tempature. I don't understand that lol. Any ideas?

not sure. either air is getting into the system or the HG has a tiny tiny leak,

I had a clamp on a heater hose in my GSR be just tight enough to not leak while running, but one you were driving, the pressure would blow the coolant out and I would overheat after awhile

Did you run the vehicle with the heater on and set to high to flush air out of the system?

Just wanted to give an update. I got home yesterday popped the hood and waited for tempature to start to rise. It did and I noticed the radiator fan was OFF. It was always on before but my guess was at so low rpm is wasn't doing much. I replaced the relay and nothing going to do the switch tonight and if that doesnt work will replace the fan. Hope this fixed my 7 month overheating problem lol

I replaced the switch and the relay and the fan still wont turn on. I am putting a paper clip were the relay goes and the fan turns on while I drive but thats annoying to do lol. Does anyone know what else could be wrong why it wont turn on by itself? I know theres a switch by the thermostat what is the one that is to the left of the block by the gauge sensor?

The fan sender unit (switch) is the fat one that screws into the thermo housing. This controls the fan... I assume this is the one you replaced?
