(search server is down) Is there really that big of a difference between a b16a1 and b16a2 head? The reason im asking is i have a chance to buy a b16a1 head today for cheap.

-Story: I had a b16a2 rebuilt, smoked like a bastard(1 quart of oil every 200-300 miles) So got the b16 block re-ringed (head went to machine shop and got new valve guides and seals). Still smoked so we figured it was the block, so then i got a gsr block and got it re-ringed(bore is fine,honed,new honda rings, stock pistons;compression at about 190 in all cylinders hot)Now it burns less oil(1 quart about every 6-700 miles) So now im guessing its the head..dont know what else it could be. PCV system is fine. Could the machine shop have put the valveseals on the wrong sides? Would that matter a whole lot?Could they have messed up putting some of the valve guides in? Are honda valve seals better than all others? Im pulling my hair out and am losing hope. This has been dragging out for about a year now and im tired of spending money for it to still burn oil...and this is my daily driver for me to go to school so i cant have a lot of down time. HELP
