Also a coilover is going to be in order, but I'm on a budget, so I am only getting springs now. Suggestions on a spring/shock combo are welcome. Add one if I forgot, I know i did.
Forget the spring/shock combo, get a coilover kit. Ksport is well in your price range.

FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!
Ground Controls are good too with Koni yellows.
I'd pick either.

im running ground controls with integra spring rates, the hangling is amazing, but next time i would really look into ksport or d2s, which is a full coilover setup for a resonable price

I'll look into ksports products, but my original plan was to go with koni yellows and ground controls. I have heard many times that they are a really good combo. I will continue to check the poll, thanks for all your input
The ksports are $712.50... I am paying off debts an saving right now so I can only drop a few hundered on the suspension.
Otherwise I would have to save for like 2/3 months to get the ksports...I know the choose 2 thing, but I think I can get a good combo. out of the gc's and koni's..... plus I'm waiting for the springs to put in Brembo's/ Hawk pads. It's a daily driver /track car, so I will get the ksports for our project car... Saving for an SI... H, K, B, D? who knows...
The choose 2 thing...I DIDN'T MAKE THIS UP, if you're wondering. I think it's right..
CHOOSE TWO:
1. RELIABLE
2. CHEAP
3. FAST

Ok I was told about D2 coilovers and there pretty sick, much like the Ksports, but I dont have $1000.00 to spend on suspension. I need to find out what is a reliable road/track SPRING thats reasonably inexpensive. This is only temporary, I am getting coilovers this summer.

NOT for racing!
koni yellows with GC would be my pick
second choice would be illuminas with GC
Third: illuminas with skunk2

Yeah I saw some really cheap ones on ebay, but I found out there were fakes floating around so I got it from the dealer in the classifieds. cost me 144 shipped good deal and I love em. Also I have KYB GR2's and Omni power coilovers(not saying that those are good) but I hated them, too stiff, when I would launch my car I would get wheel hop, when I would take corners hard I would get wheel hop as well. .. not happy with them at all. These on the other hand don't give me that, also are there any spring/shock combo out there that would be good for racing. .. just wondering.

</TD></TR></TABLE>yup. I have gc's on 2 different cars. 89 hatch with custom 400#f 450#r/ koni yellows and a 96 teg with default and agx. They are 2 totally different animals. It's all about the spring rates. gc's are great cause if you don't like what you have just order 2 springs and switch them around.
