Does anybody have pic of a hotrod chassis one piece front end being installed? I just purchase a miller 200sd and i want to start building on my chassi for next summer, I saw that the wheel wells were cut and the radiator support was also cut but i don't know how much to cut, where to cut, where to add that front support bar etc..
i also want to run the battery in the front buy the tire. thanks

Im assuming your talking about a fiberglass front clip correct? Forgive me for the stupid question, but the import scene isnt my thing. Anyways...if your talking about a one piece fiberglass piece, all you need to do is order a front end install kit. You basically fiberglass a piece of tubing across the front of the frontend(inside near the front of the motor), and then on your chassis, you weld two brackets on that look like forks. The tube you fiberglass in will slip into those forks, which keep the front of the front end supported, then towards the rear of the front end, right near the a-pillar, you put a zeus fastener on both driver and passenger side, and then also do a zeus fastener down low right behind the front tire on both the driver and passenger side. Its really a simple process. GOOD LUCK!

The way to learn is to go get hands on experience with someone who actually knows what they are doing. Reading about it on Honda-Tech won't teach you anything.

For what it's worth, they are "dzus" fasteners, not Zeus (he was the supreme ruler of Mount Olympus, not a metal fastener-he might be offended and throw some thunderbolts at you!).
