Default Bead Blasting Head

When having a head cleaned and work, is it a good idea for them to bead blast the internals of the head? I'm particuarly talking about cam bearing surfaces.

DO NOT bead blast the internals of the head. Only do the exterior for cosmetic purposes. If you sandblasted the cam journals it would be like spinning the cams on fine grit sandpaper once reassembled.

Walnut shell media is ok, as long as theyre not using sand or steel it should be fine. Just make sure its cleaned very thoroughly once its finished. But i still wouldnt do it.
