Default wondering what is wrong

In my accord i am about to sell i am about to fix this window problem fix but i am just trying to really figure out what's wrong. For some reason i can roll the pasenger side window with the drivers controls but i can't roll it up with the drivers side window. I just recently replaced my rear door that i got from a junk yard and it dosen't lock nor do the windows go down. whats wrong?

Which door are we talking about passenger front or rear? What year and trim level Accord did you remove the door from? The connectors usually remain the same within a generation but pin positions can change. Also there is a possibility it didn't work in the first place. But get that info and I can help more.

you might have a dirty switch,,,,,,,,,,,,remove the master switch, take apart the pass window switch, careful not to lose the small springs, sand down the copper tabs and where they ride,, ....Put a small dab of grease so the springs will not fall off when you put it together ,,
try that and see what happens ..

same problem here its because its from the doors are from an ex acccord the pins are diffrent you can color match them... its takes a while remove your door pannel and follow the wire and see where the go on the pin make sure they match up..a good wiring diagram would help i dont know where to get that tho
